Term 4 Week 2 Stress

I have stress because the exams are coming up.
Stress is a part of modern living. It is unavoidable. To your body, stress is equivalent to CHANGE. Anything that causes a change in your life causes stress. Change can be real or imagined (or what we typically call "worrying"). Both these types of change can be equally stressful.
Stress serves a purpose when it provides us with the motivation to scale new challenges or overcome difficulties. Stress only becomes harmful when it is not proportionate to the severity of the situation, and when it interferes with the physical, work and social aspects of our daily lives.

Reading

I think reading is important.
I usually read comics.
I read ten to fifteen books each month.
I read comics just for fun.
I think computer games are not affecting people in reading.

Cyberbullying is bullying through the internet.
The cyberbullies threaten them through the internet.
They want to threaten people.
You can report to the police to stop people from Cyberbullying.
I would like to tell the cyberbullies to stop bullying or the victims will report to the police.

For No Reason.
When a Person is Being Beaten up by Someone Else.
You should not call 999 when your
-When your books are stolen.
When u call 999 it affects the police because you slow down the process of the police to investigate another case.
You should tell the police where you are before you call 999.

PE ATTIRE

The reason the school allow us to wear PE attires the whole day is because it wont take the
10 minutes of our recess to change.
The disadantage of wearing PE attire the whole day is u will be smelly and stinky.

Hand-foot-and-mouth disease is caused by the Coxsackie virus and Enterovirus 71.
they will have fever,sore throat ,ulcers in he throat, mouth and tongue ,headache,a rash with vesicles (small blisters, 3-7 mm) on hands, feet and diaper area. The vesicles are typically on the palm side of the hands the sole side of the feet and very characteristic in appearance and loss of appetite .
I can prevent HFMD by keeping away from crowded public places and follow good hygiene practices, including frequent hand washing, to limit the spread of the infection.
